# Anomaly Detected Error
Source: https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/common-questions/anomaly-detected-error
# I get *Anomaly Detected* error when solving captcha. What can I do?
Captcha is adapted at strategic points on the website to mitigate and combat bots. **You may get the "Anomaly Detected" error when you try to use third-party services to solve captchas**. These third-party services often have anti-trackers that try to **interfere with Cloudflare Turnstile** by mistake.
Cloudflare Turnstile doesn't usually show the traditional interactive captchas, instead it employs non-visual puzzles behind the scenes to verify real users and only shows a visible one-click captcha box occasionally. **Turnstile stops abuse and confirms visitors are real without the data privacy concerns or awful user experience of traditional captchas**, and it doesn't track you on anything. By interfering with it's designed function, you cause issues that raise and bring up the error.
***
### **What can I do if I encounter such error?**
There are two (3) self-fix steps you must perform in other to resolve the error:
* Disable any of such third-party services you may have employed for solving captchas.
* Disable any browser extensions that may manipulate the website page (eg. ad-blockers).
* If you're using a mobile device, ensure desktop mode/view is disabled in your browser setting, as it wouldn't allow smooth solving of turnstile.
**Note:** *Use of third-party services to solve captchas (or enabling ad-blockers) goes against our Terms of Service, and you risk being banned permanently*
# Balance Decreasing
Source: https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/common-questions/balance-decreasing
# Why does my balance keep decreasing?
It is worth noting that you are earning **Coins** (the website's **internal currency**) when doing tasks, and as such your Coins balance cannot decrease unless you request a withdrawal, use it in buying Items at the *Market* or you get charged-back by an offerwall provider for an offer that you may have completed on their page.
When viewing or keeping track of your balance, your focus should mainly be on your Coins balance. On the contrary, the crypto value beside the Coins balance at the top of your dashboard is simply the real-time conversion/equivalent of your favorite crypto in reference to your Coins balance (which has a fixed value in USD). The crypto value shown can increase or decrease based on the current market price fluctuation.
As shown in the image above:
***"Arrow A"*** is your Coins balance, which is your actual balance. It has a fixed value in USD.
***"Arrow B"*** is the crypto equivalent of your Coins balance, and can change as current market prices of the crypto fluctuates.
**Tip:** *To learn more about Coins and its value, please refer to* [this guide](https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/earning-and-leveling/coins)
# Chargeback Dispute
Source: https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/common-questions/chargeback-dispute
# I have noticed an Offerwall chargeback on my account. What can I do?
**Chargebacks refer to losing out on a reward and/or losing specified Trust Score credits on your account for an offer/survey you participated in when a discrepancy is detected by the Offerwall provider** (irrespective of whether the task had been recorded as *"successful"* at the end). If the coin rewards were credited, a chargeback will result in you losing 10 Trust Score credits; If the coin reward is on hold (but not yet credited), a chargeback will result in the cancellation of the reward in it's entirety and a deduction of 5 Trust Score credits from your account. (To understand what a Trust Score is, please see [this guide](https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/earning-and-leveling/trust-score)).
Some discrepancies an Offerwall provider can pick up can arise due to various reasons, including but not limited to, fraudulent activity, non-matching profile answers provided during the offer/survey completion process, speed-answering a survey, failing trick questions within the offer/survey, or violations of the Offerwall provider's terms and conditions amongst others.
## **What can I do to resolve this?**
First, **offers & surveys are provided by third-party services and we cannot influence their eligibility criteria, chargeback reviews or effect a resolution on the matter**. However, we do understand that dealing with this situation can be frustrating, especially if you're confident you followed the instructions.
On your part, here are some steps you can take:
Reach out to the Offerwall's Support (not Faucet Crypto Support Center). To get in touch with an Offerwall provider, check for a *"Contact Us"* or *"Support"* section on their website.
Carefully go through the offer requirements if possible (and make this a point to do in any future offers you wish to participate in). Make sure to check for any criteria that may have been overlooked.
Gather evidence like screenshots, screen-recordings & completion dates or any other proof of completion and provide them to the Offerwall's support team.
Be polite and professional in your communication with the Offerwall's support team. Resolving chargebacks can take time. Allow the Offerwall's support team adequate time to investigate your case.
In many cases, a chargeback may not be resolved to your satisfaction/expectations. It is important that you keep an open-mind with a positive attitude and go on to complete many other offers while applying the tips in this article.

# Pending Reward
Source: https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/common-questions/pending-reward
# I completed an offer, but I didn't receive the coins?
**Offerwalls are third-party services**. We do not control the contents or tasks available on offerwall pages, and as such, we cannot influence the payout process.
However, before carrying out any offerwall task, please carefully read and follow the instructions provided to complete the task. Some offers (eg. games) do include time requirements. That is, you must attain a specific level or complete the game within the alotted timeframe, if not you may lose out on the reward even if you eventually fulfill all conditions. \
\
For Surveys, answer honestly — there are no right or wrong answers. If you don't qualify, try another one if available. It might be you are not the target audience/participant the offer provider is looking for at that time or the needed quota for respondents had already been met . **Do not try to cheat or give gibberish answers**. There are checks put in place by the offerwall services/survey providers to analyze your answers. You will not receive your reward if you try to cheat or supply gibberish answers.
# The survey screen said 'Successful/Completed' at the end, but...
In a case where you complete an offer/survey correctly and successfully, yet you do not receive the reward, please take note of the following:
The release time for a reward is dependent on the Level of your account. If the reward for a task/offer/survey is **above 500 Coins**, it will be **held/pending** for a specific period before being credited to your account. This is shown in the table below:
| **Level** | **Level Range** | **Release Time** |
| :----------------- | :-------------: | ---------------: |
| Level 0 or higher | Lvl 0 - 4 | 48 hours |
| Level 5 or higher | Lvl 5 -9 | 24 hours |
| Level 10 or higher | Lvl 10 & above | Instant |
A task/offer/survey reward less than 500 Coins will be instantly added to your account irrespective of your level. If the reward is 500 Coins or more, **attaining Level 10 or higher grants you instant reward without having to wait or having your reward held/pending** .
**Note:** *This table/information can always be viewed by clicking the 'About' button on the* [Trust Score](https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/earning-and-leveling/trust-score) *card*
You may have to refresh your dashboard page to see updated information regarding your reward — the offerwall you completed the task on; the reward amount & a countdown for how long it will be held/pending by our security system (remember, this countdown which signifies the release time can vary depending on your Level, as explained in the table above)
**Arrows on the dashboard notification can be used to circle through information for multiple pending rewards.** The total held/pending coins amount can be seen in bracket at your Coins Balance at the top.
If after confirming the above information yet you can't find anything, cross-check and confirm that the task/offer/survey was actually recorded as 'Successful, Completed or Finished' in your profile on the Offerwall provider's platform, and **locate the contact section of the provider in order to get in touch with their support team** to look into your case/payment.
**Tip:** *It is important that you keep a screenshot of any offer you may have completed as you may be required to provide proof of completion when applying for your case/payment to be looked into.*
# PTC Reset
Source: https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/common-questions/ptc-reset
# When do PTC ads reset? How can I get more?"
There is no estimated time for PTC ads to refresh. PTC ads are random and only become available when placed by [Advertisers](https://advertise.faucetcrypto.com/). So, depending on the number of views available in these ads, only then will you be able to view them again after a 24-hour period.
A tip for getting more PTC ads is to be active on the website in order to get more when they become available. For example, visiting the site periodically to claim from the faucet gives you a better chance to get more PTC ads when they are posted.
# Challenges
Source: https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/earning-and-leveling/challenges
# What are Challenges?
Challenges are another unique way to earn extra rewards for completing a certain amount of tasks assigned to you by **Faucet Crypto**. There are two (2) classes of Challenges: **Rotative Challenges** and **Special Challenges**.
Both classes are available to claim at the Challenge page in the side menu after you complete them individually.
### **Rotative Challenges**

### **Special Challenges**

**Tip:** *No type of multiplier bonus is applied to challenges*
# Coins
Source: https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/earning-and-leveling/coins
# What are Coins?
**Faucet Crypto** has a similar style to an RPG game. **Coins** is a **fictitious currency** which the site uses as its own **internal currency**. It (Coins) has a **fixed price in USD** and does not follow the price fluctuation of the regular cryptocurrency as can be seen on the cryptocurrency market. Coins can be cashed out (withdrawn) once you accumulate the minimum amount required to request a withdrawal.
Upon requesting a withdrawal, the value of your coins in USD will be converted into the real-time amount of the cryptocurrency you will receive. Coins can also be used to purchase items on the website to boost your earnings.
You can find both your Coins balance and it's real-time equivalent amount of your selected favorite cryptocurrency at the top of your **Dashboard**.
### **How many Coins is \$1**
25,000 Coins = \$1
### **Can I stake my Coins?**
No. Coins **cannot** be staked, locked nor lend.
**Tips:** *To learn more about Coin's fixed price in USD, click on the '****?***' icon found where the real-time equivalent amount of your selected favorite cryptocurrency is at the top of your ***Dashboard***

* If a task reward is less than 5 Coins, Experience Points (EXP) are not granted.
# Level Up
Source: https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/earning-and-leveling/level-up
# What are Levels?
Levels are a personal measure determined by how many experience points (*exp. points*) you have accumulated over the lifetime of your account.
*Leveling up* is a term used to describe the way/how you earn experience points (*exp. points*) to gain more skills or strength in other to go to a higher standard on **Faucet Crypto**. This is a unique feature that also challenges users to compete with each other to be at the top of the **Leaderboard**, as well as increase their earnings for every task they complete.
***
### **How to level up fast?**
There is no shortcut to leveling up fast. You may adopt any of the 2 strategies below to determine which is the best fit for you:
* You may choose to be active often, and complete as many tasks as you can. The more tasks you complete, the more Coins you earn to your balance & experience points (***exp.***) to level up fast.
* You may choose to buy level-up items (specifically ***Experience Items***) from the Market to utilize in adding extra *exp. points* to your account, and thus level up quickly. To learn how to buy items from the market, please read [this guide](https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/items-and-market/market-system).
***
### **How many exp. points do I need to advance to the next level?**
Each level requires a certain amount of experience points (*exp. points*) to be accumulated in other to advance to the next level. To see the amount of *exp. points* needed to advance, please follow the steps below:
Sign-in to your **Account**
Scroll down the left side menu and click your **Level progress bar** to reveal a modal containing more information (including the amount of *exp. points* needed to progress)
**Note:**
* *For every level you attain, a 0.1% bonus is added to your account. This bonus adds up over time to boost your earning on every task you complete*
* *To be eligible for experience points, a task you complete must have a minimum reward of 5 Coins*
# Offerwalls
Source: https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/earning-and-leveling/offerwalls
# What are Offerwalls?
**Offerwalls** are third-party services that pay users for completing tasks on their page. These are high-paying tasks that can range from watching videos (along with the ads they carry), visiting web pages, filling out surveys, installing apps and signing up for services.
Keep in mind that most tasks available on the Offerwall page (*e.g.* surveys) may be restricted to specific locations. For example, users residing in **USA**, **CANADA**, **AUSTRALIA**, **UK**, **NEW ZEALAND**, and a few **EU** Countries are mostly targeted for survey tasks. Do not fret, you will be notified when they become available for your location.
You must be at least *Level 15* to gain access to the Offerwall page.

Scroll down the **Offerwalls page** till you see ***Lootably***. Click on it
**Note:** *It is crucial that you select "Lootably" at this step even though "Loot Parrot" is shown as a standalone offerwall just below. # Trust Score
Source: https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/earning-and-leveling/trust-score
# What is a Trust Score?
The Trust Score is a system put in place in order to reduce abuse of Offerwalls. It operates automatically based on your activity on Offerwalls. You start with **40 points**, and if your account reaches **0 points**, you will no longer be able to complete Offerwalls.
For each chargeback or fraud detected for an activity in an Offerwall, you will lose **10 Trust Score points**. For each completed/valid Offer, you will get **2 points back** (the maximum points at a time being 40). If the task reward is over **500 Coins**, it will be held for a specific period based on your Level. If it is detected as fraud, you will **lose 5 points**.\
\
How soon a **held task reward is released** (credited) to your account is **dependent on your Level**, as shown in the table below:
| **Level** | **Level Range** | **Release Time** |
| :----------------- | :-------------: | ---------------: |
| Level 0 or higher | Lvl 0 - 4 | 48 hours |
| Level 5 or higher | Lvl 5 -9 | 24 hours |
| Level 10 or higher | Lvl 10 & above | Instant |
**Note:** *The Trust Score system does not apply for the following Offerwall: Bitcotasks*

# What are Items and how do I get them?
Items are objects you can get when completing tasks on **Faucet Crypto**, and are used to boost various features on the website. Much like RPG games where you can collect items to boost your in-game play, the same idea is also applicable here: you can randomly get Items when completing tasks or simply [buy one from the Market](https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/items-and-market/market-system) with Coins.
There are **5** **Item types** (with different rarities and use-cases). They include:
* ***Potion***
* ***Bracelet***
* ***Silver Ring***
* ***Gold Ring***
* ***Gem***
### **What specific features of the website do Items boost?**
**Items** are a great way to boost your earnings when you do tasks. They can be used to get extra percent bonuses on the tasks that you complete, increase the commissions you earn from your referrals' activity, boost your chances of getting more Items, as well as help you level up fast.

# Where can I find my Items and how can I activate them?
All your collected Items are stored in your Inventory and can be accessed or activated at any time. To find your collected Items, follow the steps below:
Sign-in to your **Account**
**Scroll down** the left side panel and click on "***Inventory***" at the bottom (just before your username)
All your Items will be displayed in a window/modal like the one shown in the image below. You may use the filters (*Type*, *Rarity & Effect*) to find specific items or group of items
**To activate/use an Item**, simply click on it in your Inventory, and then click the "***Consume***" button.
**Tip:** *Click on an Item in your Inventory to read it's description in other to know what it can be used for and/or activate it*
***
# I do not need an Item. How do I get rid of it?
In a situation where you do not need an Item you get for any reason, you can sell the said Item in the *Market* to get more Coins instead. To learn how to sell an Item, please read instructions within [this guide](https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/items-and-market/market-system).
**Note:** *The higher the rarity of an Item, the greater its effect*
# Market System
Source: https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/items-and-market/market-system
# Market Guide
The new Market system follows an **Order-Book style** where there are **Buy orders** & **Ask orders**, with their transparent pricing presentation side by side. Being an order-book, you may set your desired price above or below the current market's price, depending on if you wish to instantly buy or sell an Item.
The **Items Market page** opens up onto a box containing **all Items available** on the website & a **Market Statistics graph** showing global market activity trends/performance. Filters (*Type, Rarity, Effects*) can be applied to the Items box to quickly find markets for specific Items.
***
# How to place Buy & Sell Orders
To place an Order, you can scroll and find the particular Item in the Items box or use the Filters option to streamline your search (recommended).
In this example below, we would be trading the **Rare** - **Timer Gold Ring**, thus we set the Rarity filter to *'Rare'* and the Effects filter to *'Timer'*
**Click on the Item** to open up its market page and view the Buy & Ask Orders as shown below
#### **Explanation**
* From the view of the market page, **the lowest price a seller is willing to sell their Rare - Timer Gold Ring is 151 Coins** (hence, the starting price is 151 Coins). If you wish to buy the Item, you can click the **"Buy Item" button** and buy at that price or input a lower price to create an ask order (your funds will reserved for it).
* **The highest price a buyer is willing to pay (ask) for a Rare - Timer Gold Ring is 145 Coins.** If you wish to Sell your item, you can click the **"Sell Item" button** and set the price of an asking to sell it instantly. Otherwise, it will sell when someone buys it later.
**The Items Market has fees applicable**. *This is visible on the Sell Item modal just before you confirm an order. It is the difference between what the buyer would pay (gross amount) and the amount you would receive.*
***
# How to Cancel Orders
**All Orders will remain active until they are filled or cancelled**. You can cancel your orders by clicking the ***"Manage" button*** on the Items Market page to open your list of active orders
Both your Items on Sale & active Ask orders are **displayed in separate boxes**. Click the ***'Cancel'*** button for a listed entry to terminate/cancel the order.
* **Cancelling items on sale** returns them to your **Inventory**; while
* **Cancelling active Asks** returns your reserved **coins back to your Coins Balance**.
**Note:**
* *You can go into your Inventory, select an item and click "Put to Sale" to directly visit its market page*
* *Creating an Ask order (the price you're willing to pay to buy an item) automatically reserves that Coins amount for the purchase. To return the Coins back to your Coins Balance, you have to cancel the order*
* *Orders for mutliple items at the same price on the market are filled by the oldest first*
* *Your Buy/Sell history can be accessed from the Items Market page*
# [Old] Buy Items

# How to buy Items from the Market?
This is pretty straightforward as the same steps in the previous guide about [selling your item](https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/items-and-market/sell-items). The difference is that now you're **buying** from the Market. To buy items from the market, please follow the step-by-step guide below.
As an illustration in this guide, we'll be buying a *Rare Commission Gold Ring*.
Sign-in to your **Account**
Scroll down the left-side menu to the **COMMUNITY** section, and click on the **Items Market** option/page under it
As the page opens, scroll down to find the "**Items Market**" box and click on the type of item you want to buy. In this guide, we'll be buying a Commission Gold Ring, and thus we'll click on "***Gold Ring***"
Once the **Gold Ring Market** category page opens, scroll down to find the ***Commission Gold Ring*** box in the list of various Gold Ring Item types; then click on the **rarity** of Commission Gold Ring you want to buy (in this guide, we'll be buying a Rare Commission Gold Ring)
Once you've selected the rarity type, you can buy in **Bulk** by inputting the number of items you want to buy at once, or scroll down and select a **single order**
If you select a single order, a small window with more information will pop up (as shown in the image below). Read the information carefully and click on "***Buy Item***" to buy it
Hurray! You've successfully bought an Item from the Market. The Item will automatically be added to your Inventory and can be used or resold.
**Tip:** *The higher the rarity of an Item, the greater its effect*
# [Old] Sell Items

# How to sell Items and/or cancel a sell order?
Selling your Items is another cool way of earning coins on **Faucet Crypto**. To sell your items, you must open an order in the *Items Market* for users to fill the order (in other words, for users to buy your Item or Items).
To place/sell your Items in the Market, please follow the step-by-step guide below. As an illustration in this guide, we'll be selling a *Commission Bracelet*.
Sign-in to your **Account**
Scroll down the left-side menu to the **COMMUNITY** section, and click on the **Items Market** option/page under it
At the **Items Market page**, scroll down to find your available Items in a box as shown in the image below. Click on the **specific item** you want to **sell** (in this illustration, we'll be selling a *Rare Commission Bracelet*)
A small window with more information will pop up. **Read the information carefully**. Fill in the **Amount/Number of items** you want to sell, input the ***Final price*** of your choice, and click on "***Put to sell***"
Hurray! You have just successfully placed your Item on the *Market* for sell. Now you have to wait for other users to buy the Item. How much time it takes for your Item to be bought by other users is dependent on the price offer.
***
# How to cancel a Sell order
To **cancel a Sell Order** — if you change your mind about selling an Item perhaps — simply scroll down the **Market page** to the bottom to find your Items which are placed on the Market for sell. They will be listed in a table titled "***Selling List***". Slide the table across and click on "***Cancel***" for the specific item of which you want to cancel it's sell order
**Tip:** *The cheaper the price, the faster your Item could get bought. You can view the base price of any Item in the marketplace to set your price*
# Processing Time
Source: https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/withdrawals/processing-time
# How long will it take to receive my withdrawal?
**Faucet Crypto** utilizes a **batch payment/transaction system** to process the payment of all the cryptocurrencies available for withdrawal automatically.
***
### **What does batch payment/transactions mean?**
To make it simple, Batch Payment/Transaction is the bundling of a series of transactions to process them as one group. This means all users withdrawal requests are bundled into a single transaction before being broadcasted to the network at once.
How long it takes to receive your withdrawal depends on a couple of factors. For example, we cannot influence the speed of blockchain transactions or how fast miners can confirm a transaction. But, there are a couple of things to keep in mind when requesting a withdrawal:
* Upon requesting a withdrawal, **your payment will go into a batch pool**, alongside every other user who have also submitted a withdrawal request.
* This will then set your withdrawal status to "***Processing***". You can check the withdrawal status at your account's **Withdrawal History** table found on the **Withdraw page**
* Once the **batch pool** threshold is attained/reached, the **withdrawal status** will be updated and labelled as "***Completed***". Our payment system will then automatically send all payments in the pool by broadcasting them to the blockchain network.
* You may click on the withdrawal status ("***Completed***") to find the withdrawal detail such as: transaction hash/link (TxID), date & timestamps, your withdrawal address, coins withdrawn and its equivalent crypto amount which you received etc.
* The transaction hash/link (TxID) can be used to track the withdrawal via a ***block explorer***. From this stage, it depends on the network load and how fast it can be confirmed by miners. Usually, this particular stage (ie. confirmations on the network) should take less than 24 hours — bearing in mind that the more congested the network is, the longer it could take for the transaction to get confirmed.
***
# Summary
If the **withdrawal status** is seen as "***Processing***" on your **History** table, this means the payment hasn't been broadcasted to the network (ie. not yet sent, and is still in the batch pool); when the withdrawal status shows as "***Completed***", it means the payment has been broadcasted to the network/sent successfully. You can then track the withdrawal via a block explorer through the transaction hash (TxID).
**Note:**
* *All withdrawal requests are automatically processed and broadcasted to the network if the batch pool threshold isn't met after 24 hours*
* *The exact amount of crypto you withdrew/cashed out your coins for is what you'll receive on your address whenever the transaction is broadcasted to the network. This holds true irrespective of the cryptocurrency market price changes during the period your withdrawal was still on "Processing" status*
* *If a crypto is placed on Maintenance while your withdrawal is still "Processing", our system will automatically refund the coins back to your Coins balance*
# Supported Wallets

# What wallet can I withdraw my Crypto to?
FaucetCrypto supports direct withdrawals to a valid address you provide when withdrawing. It is recommended you withdraw your crypto to a wallet that **does not** require a minimum amount to be deposited into it, especially a wallet that you are in full control of. As such, we recommend using a **Non-custodial Wallet**.
A **Non-custodial Wallet** is a type of wallet that grants you access to your private keys (or seedphrase), giving you sole authority & control over your funds. There are usually no minimum deposit requirements nor any limitations with regards to receiving crypto. Thus, you can receive even the smallest amounts of any supported crypto with them.
To aid your decision, you can find a well-curated library of resource [here](https://chainaxis.com)

# Track Withdrawal
Source: https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/withdrawals/track-withdrawal
# My withdrawal is completed but I can't find it
**Faucet Crypto** sends out withdrawals directly through the blockchain — with **transaction hash** (***TxID***) **generated** when the withdrawal process is completed. This method ensures **everything is transparent**, meaning anyone with the transaction hash/ID can search or view the withdrawal transaction in a block explorer and see the confirmation status, recipient address, date & time of the transaction alongside many other details.
If you made a withdrawal, which is now labelled "*Completed*" in your withdrawal history, but you cannot seem to find nor see the coins reflect in your wallet app, here's a series of steps you should follow to accurately track the coins:
First, ensure you had used a **correct/valid address for the respective blockchain network** prior to initially clicking "*Submit withdraw*" when withdrawing (see [this guide](https://knowledge-base.faucetcrypto.com/withdrawals/withdraw-funds) about "*How to withdraw from Faucet Crypto*"). If *YES*, proceed to #2 below.
Scroll down the left-side menu to the **Profile** section, and click on the **Withdraw** option/page to open it up, then click on "*Access*" where it says "**Withdrawal History**" to show your full Withdrawal History
Once your full Withdrawal History shows, **click on "Open" for the specific withdrawal you have an issue** with to bring up more details about it ie. Transaction flow from "*Submission*", "*Processing*" to "*Completed*" (including date & time stamps); Amount of Coins withdrawn and the equivalent crypto amount to be received; Your withdrawal address; and most importantly, **the transaction hash/ID** (abbreviated as **TxID**)
**The transaction hash/ID (TxID) is the single unique identifier to verify that your withdrawal was sent**, and it is what you will use in tracking your transaction on a **Block Explorer** to confirm with 100% certainty
*A Block Explorer is simply a web application that lets you 'peek inside the blockchain', searching transactions, addresses, and even Live activity. Each blockchain network has at least one block explorer. For example, mempool.space is a versatile block explorer for Bitcoin network; polygonscan.com is a block explorer for Polygon network; and in some cases, you may find a block explorer that supports multiple networks eg. blockchair.com*
That said, **at the Withdrawal Details Modal**, either click the "*copy*" icon to **copy the TxID** and manually input/paste it into a related Block Explorer for the associated crypto and search ***OR simply click the "Link" icon*** to automatically open it in it's related Block Explorer and track the transaction.
Once it opens, generally (but using this Polygon withdrawal as an example on [polygonscan](https://polygonscan.com)) pay attention to a section that says "**Status**" (and/or "**No. of Confirmations**" for some network block explorers). **Being marked as 'Success', 'Confirmed', 'Successful' or anything similar... with 1 or more No. of Confirmations is 100% verifiable assurance that the transaction was accurately sent**. You can also see your address, amount transacted and other details pertaining to the whole withdrawal.
From there onwards, **if you still cannot see the amount in your wallet app**, it may be that:
* your wallet app is not pulling up updated information from the blockchain correctly; OR
* your wallet app requires more No. of Confirmations on the blockchain before it can show the updated coins/balance (in which case you should just give it time).
In any case, if the **block explorer** shows the withdrawal status as ***Success***, ***Confirmed***, ***Successful*** or anything similar, and you need further help, **please contact your wallet's app Customer Support team with your address and TxID**, and they'll be the ones to address your concerns further.
***
### ...but, mine says "Invalid TXN" or "Transaction not found" in a block explorer! What should I do?
Hey, don't panic if you try tracking the transaction on a block explorer as outlined through the steps above, but you end up with a screen on the block explorer saying "***Invalid Txn***" or "***Transaction not found***" or something similar like in the image below:
In this case, please open a ticket at our [Support Center](https://faucetcrypto.com/support) and provide the necessary details in the support form provided, our team will look into it conclusively to ensure there are no unknown issues and give you timely feedback directly via your ticket.

# What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum amount to request a withdrawal is **1000 Coins** for most of the cryptocurrencies supported, but there may be slight variations for some cryptocurrencies available eg. ****Bitcoin, Polygon, Tron**** all requires a little bit more.
The amount of coins you withdraw will be converted into your selected cryptocurrency upon requesting a withdrawal. You will also find more information on the withdrawal page of your selected cryptocurrency when carrying out the process.
***
# Are there withdrawal fees applicable?
Yes. There will be a withdrawal fee for every withdrawal you initiate. However, the fees are highly negligible (practically free!). The withdrawal fee is **50 Coins** for most cryptocurrencies supported.
For ***Bitcoin (BTC)***, ***Tron (TRX)***, ****Polygon (MATIC)****, ***Binance Smart Chain (BSC)***, and ***Ethereum Classic (ETC)***, the fee could be higher... but not much. This fee amount will be **deducted** from your total withdrawn amount, and the remaining balance will be sent to your wallet address as your withdrawal.
All the respective information (ie. minimum withdrawal amount, applicable withdrawal fee and how much crypto you'll receive) will be shown on the withdrawal page and on the 1st step (like in the image below) right before you initiate the withdrawal process.
**Note:** *These values may be subject to changes in future and without prior notice. Reaching your daily withdraw limit before requesting a withdrawal will save you on withdrawal fees*
